摘 要:目的讨论经高级心肺复苏培训的紧急医疗团队抢救心脏性猝死患者的临床效果。方法回顾分析2017年3月—2018年12月期间该院急诊的98例心脏性猝死患者,依照病历记录中的抢救团队分为实验组和对照组。实验组患者48例,对照组患者50例。对照组为未经过高级心肺复苏培训的急诊抢救团队,实验组为经过高级心肺复苏培训的紧急医疗团队,对比两组患者的自主呼吸、心跳、意识的恢复时间以及开始抢救到抢救成功所用的时间。结果实验组抢救成功率为41.6%高于对照组20.0%(χ^2=5.412,P=0.020);实验组患者的自主呼吸时间(3.54±0.32)min、心跳(2.31±0.11)min、意识的恢复时间(20.40±1.98)min明显要短于对照组自主呼吸时间(5.23±0.41)min、心跳(4.28±0.38)min、意识的恢复时间(30.19±2.42)min,组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(t=22.684、34.548、21.867,P=0.000<0.05);实验组患者开始抢救到抢救成功所用的时间(28.54±0.52)min明显要优于对照组(33.65±0.68)min(t=41.663,P=0.000<0.05)。实验组收缩压值为(138.61±2.03)mmHg、舒张压数值为(86.19±2.10)mmHg,低于对照组[收缩压值为(159.56±2.14)mmHg、舒张压数值为(99.25±2.65)mmHg](t=26.182、14.717,P=0.000<0.05);实验组平均心跳为(104.58±3.54)min高于对照组(82.89±1.31)min(t=18.611,P=0.000<0.05)。结论经过高级心肺复苏培训的急诊紧急医疗团队抢救模式,可以更好的对心源性猝死患者进行有效抢救,及时挽救患者生命,提高早期抢救成功率。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of emergency medical team trained by advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation to rescue patients with sudden cardiac death.Methods A retrospective analysis of 98 cases of sudden cardiac death in the hospital from March 2017 to December 2018 was performed.The rescue team was divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the medical records.There were 48 patients in the experimental group and 50 patients in the control group.The control group was an emergency rescue team without advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation training,and the experimental group was an emergency medical team with advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation training.The two groups of patients were compared with the time of spontaneous breathing,heartbeat,recovery of consciousness,and the time taken to start the rescue to the rescue.Results The rescue success rate of the experimental group was 41.6%higher than that of the control group 20.0%(χ^2=5.412,P=0.020);the patients in the experimental group had spontaneous breathing time(3.54±0.32)min,heartbeat(2.31±0.11)min,consciousness recovery time(20.40±1.98)min was significantly shorter than the spontaneous breathing time(5.23±0.41)min,heartbeat(4.28±0.38)min,and consciousness recovery time(30.19±2.42)min in the control group.Statistical significance(t=22.684,34.548,21.867,P=0.00<0.05);The time it took for patients in the experimental group to start a rescue operation to be successful(28.54±0.52)min was significantly better than that in the control group(33.65±0.68)min(t=41.663,P=0.00<0.05).The systolic blood pressure value in the experimental group was(138.61±2.03)mmHg and the diastolic blood pressure value was(86.19±2.10)mmHg,which was lower than the control group(systolic blood pressure value(159.56±2.14)mmHg and diastolic blood pressure value(99.25±2.65)mmHg](t=26.182,14.717,P=0.000<0.05);the average heartbeat of the experimental group was(104.58±3.54)min higher than that of the control group(82.89±1.31)min(t=18.611,P=0
