不同雾化吸入方法治疗小儿急性喉炎合并喉梗阻的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究不同雾化吸入方法对小儿急性喉炎合并喉梗阻的治疗效果。方法将该院2018年4月—2019年5月期间诊治的88例急性喉炎合并喉梗阻患儿作为观察对象,取得患儿家属同意后,以治疗先后顺序为依据将其平均分为观察组(44例)、对照组(44例)。医护人员给予对照组患儿布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,给予观察组患儿布地奈德联合肾上腺素雾化吸入治疗。在治疗结束后,将两组患儿的病症观察时间、喉鸣音消失时间、呼吸困难消失时间、声音嘶哑消失时间、治疗有效率及治疗满意度进行对比分析。结果观察组患儿各项病情恢复指标耗时长显著少于对照组患儿各项病情恢复指标耗时长(χ^2=6.886,P=0.012);观察组患儿治疗有效率(97.72%)显著高于对照组患儿治疗有效率(88.63%)(χ^2=5.457,P=0.001)。结论布地奈德联合肾上腺素雾化吸入能够有效提升急性喉炎合并喉梗阻患儿的治疗有效率及治疗满意度,并减少病情恢复时间,该方法治疗效果极为显著,可推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of different nebulization methods on children with acute laryngitis complicated with laryngeal obstruction.Methods 88 children with acute laryngitis and laryngeal obstruction diagnosed and treated in the hospital from April 2018 to May 2019 were used as observation objects.After obtaining the consent of the children's family members,they were evenly divided into observation group(44 cases),control group(44 cases)based on the order of treatment.Medical staff gave budesonide nebulized inhalation treatment in the control group and budesonide combined with adrenaline nebulized inhalation treatment in the observation group.At the end of treatment,the observation time,disappearance time of larynx,disappearance time of dyspnea,disappearance time of hoarseness,treatment efficiency and treatment satisfaction were compared and analyzed.Results The time taken for the recovery of each condition in the observation group was significantly shorter than that for the control group(χ^2=6.886,P=0.012).The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(97.72%)was significantly higher than that in the control group.The treatment efficiency of children in the control group(88.63%)(χ^2=5.457,P=0.001).Conclusion Budesonide combined with epinephrine inhalation can effectively improve the treatment efficiency and treatment satisfaction of children with acute laryngitis complicated with laryngeal obstruction,and reduce the recovery time of the disease.The treatment effect is very significant and can be promoted.
