医用冷敷贴在面部毛细血管扩张强脉冲光术后的护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察爱康达冷敷贴在强脉冲光术治疗面部毛细血管扩张后的护理效果。方法选择2017年10月—2018年9月在该院皮肤科首次使用强脉冲光BBL治疗面部毛细血管扩张患者60例,并随机平均分配为观察组和对照组。观察组术后即刻予爱康达冷敷贴冷敷30 min;对照组术后即刻予冰袋冷敷30 min。分别比较两组患者在术后即刻、30 min、4 h和12 h的疼痛灼热感以及红斑水肿情况,并于冷敷后比较两组患者舒适度。结果两组患者术后反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后30 min,两组患者疼痛灼热感以及红斑水肿均较术后明显改善(P<0.05),但两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后4 h,两组患者均无明显疼痛,观察组灼热感和红斑水肿改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05);术后12 h,两组患者均无疼痛,多数患者水肿消退,灼热感及红斑反应轻微,两组间评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。另外,观察组冷敷舒适度为76.7%,明显优于对照组的46.7%(χ^2=5.711,P<0.05)。结论应用爱康达冷敷贴可缓解面部毛细血管扩张患者强脉冲光术后疼痛灼热感,并缩短红斑水肿消退时间,使用方便,舒适度好。Objective To observe the nursing effect of Aikanda cold compress in the treatment of facial telangiectasia after intense pulsed light.Methods Sixty patients with facial telangiectasia who were treated with strong pulsed light BBL for the first time in the dermatology department from October 2017 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was immediately given a cold compress for 30 minutes,and the control group was immediately given a cold pack for 30 minutes.The pain burning sensation and erythema edema were compared between the two groups immediately after surgery,30 minutes,4 hours,and 12 hours,and the comfort of the two groups was compared after cold compress.Results There was no statistically significant difference in postoperative response between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The pain and burning sensation and erythematous edema of the two groups were significantly improved compared with the postoperative group at 30 minutes(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P>0.05);4 hours after operation,there was no significant pain in the two groups,and the improvement of burning sensation and erythema edema in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);12 hours after operation,the two groups of patients had no pain,and the edema subsided in most patients.The burning sensation and erythema response were mild.There was no statistical difference in scores between the two groups(P>0.05).In addition,the cold compress comfort of the observation group was 76.7%,which was significantly better than the control group of 46.7%(χ^2=5.711,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Aikanda cold compress can relieve the pain and burning sensation of patients with facial telangiectasia after intense pulsed light,and shorten the time of erythema edema subsidence.
