早期胃癌的消化内镜诊断分析

摘　　要：目的研究消化内镜对于早期胃癌患者的作用与效果。方法抽选该院接受并进行普通白光内镜检测发现具有局灶性胃黏膜病变的54例病例,抽选时间最开始由2013年5月—2019年5月,对所有患者都借助消化内镜进行检测,把手术病理检测而得的结果当作金标准,观察其结果。结果在全部病灶中,早期胃癌、非早期胃癌依次是31例、23例。共18例患者手术病理检测是早期胃癌。消化内镜对于早期胃癌所具有的敏感性、特异性、准确性依次是94.44%(17/18)、83.33%(30/36)、87.04%(47/54),而阳性预测值、阴性预测值依次是73.91%(17/23)、96.77%(30/31)。结论对于早期胃癌患者而言,消化内镜能够得到十分良好的诊断效果,给临床中进行的各项治疗给予更多的参照,建议临床推崇使用。Objective To study the effect and effect of digestive endoscopy on patients with early gastric cancer.Methods 54 cases with focal gastric mucosal lesions were selected and accepted by the hospital for general white light endoscopy.The sampling time was from May 2013 to May 2019.The microscope was used for detection,and the results obtained from the pathological examination of the operation were taken as the gold standard,and the results were observed.Results Among all the lesions,there were 31 cases of early gastric cancer and 23 cases of non-early gastric cancer.A total of 18 patients underwent surgical pathological examination for early gastric cancer.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of digestive endoscopy for early gastric cancer were 94.44%(17/18),83.33%(30/36),and 87.04%(47/54),respectively.The values were 73.91%(17/23)and 96.77%(30/31).Conclusion For patients with early gastric cancer,gastrointestinal endoscopy can obtain very good diagnostic results.It can give more references to various treatments performed in the clinic,and it is recommended to use it clinically.
