摘  要:设计了一种用于小型继电器的驱动电路,可以驱动额定电压为3~24V的直流继电器。该电路模块可以用于各种需要状态切换的电子回路中,易于控制。该电路模块利用一个电源电压和两个控制电压就可以工作,实现一组7个继电器的开关控制,而且易于扩展,多提供一个电压控制信号就可以多实现一组7个继电器的开关控制。该电路利用模数转换器ADC的转换特性,将模拟电压控制信号转换为继电器的开关信号。由于ADC有最小电压分辨率,所以模拟电压控制信号并不需要非常高的精度,普通的稳压电源就可以实现。因为ADC电路的输出电流有限,需要在ADC输出端接一级电流驱动芯片。通常小型继电器的控制电流超过30毫安就可以正常工作,所以ADC输出端的电流驱动芯片选用达灵顿管NUL2003,容易实现且成本低廉。Designed a driving circuit for small relay,which can drive DC relay with rated voltage of 3~24 V.The circuit module can be easily controlled,which can be used in various electronic circuits which need state switching.The circuit can work by using one power supply voltage and two control voltages,which can control seven relays at the same time,and it is easy to expand.Another seven relays can be control ed by providing one more voltage control signal.The circuit uses the conversion characteristics of ADC to convert the analog voltage control signal into the switch signal of relay.Because the ADC has the minimum voltage resolution,the analog voltage control signal does not need very high precision,which can be realized by ordinary stabilized power supply.Because the output current of ADC circuit is limited,it is necessary to connect a current driver IC at the output terminal of ADC.Generally,the control current of small relay can work normally when it exceeds 30 mA,so selected Darlington tube nul2003 as the current driver IC of ADC output terminal,which is easy to realize and have low cost.
