摘　　要：流程型组织是适应环境变化的新型组织形式。该文从企业管理中面临的问题着手,解析了职能型组织与流程型组织的差异,结合企业实际,对基于体系融合的企业组织运行模式进行了实质性的探讨,指出建立流程型组织应做的工作和步骤。该文对新形势下组织变革提供借鉴与参考,具有现实指导意义。Process-oriented organization is a new type of organization to adapt the environmental changes.Through investigation and analysis of the status and existing problems,this paper explores the differences between U-form organization and process-oriented organization.Base on the practice of enterprises,this paper discusses the operation mode of enterprises based on the integration of management system,and point out the work and steps of establishing process-oriented organization.This paper provides reference for organizational change in the new situation,and has practical significance.
