摘　　要：目的了解黑龙江省佳木斯市医务人员乙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis B virus,HBV)血清流行率和乙型肝炎疫苗(Hepatitis B vaccine,HepB)接种率。方法采用分层随机抽样选择佳木斯市医务人员开展问卷调查,采集血清标本检测乙肝表面抗原(Hepatitis B surface antigen,HBsAg)、乙肝表面抗体(Hepatitis B surface antibody,HBsAb)、乙肝核心抗体(Hepatitis B core antibody,HBcAb),分析HBV血清流行率和HepB接种率。结果在1100名调查对象中,HBsAg、HBsAb、HBcAb阳性率分别为0.45%、92.55%、18.09%,HepB接种率为61.91%。Logistic回归分析显示,调查对象所在的医院与从事的职务为HBsAb阳性率的影响因素。结论黑龙江省佳木斯市医务人员HBV感染风险较高,建议进一步提高医务人员HepB接种率。Objective To determine the prevalence of hepatitis B virus(HBV)sero-markers and coverage of hepatitis B vaccine(HepB)among medical workers in Jiamusi city of Heilongjiang province.Methods We used a stratified random sampling technique to select medical workers in Jiamusi to participate in a questionnaire-based survey.We obtained and tested serum samples for HBV surface antigen(HBsAg),HBV surface antibody(HBsAb),and HBV core antibody(HBcAb).We analyzed the sero-prevalence of HBV and coverage of HepB vaccination.Results A total of 1100 medical workers were included in the study.Positivity rates of HBsAg,HBsAb,and HBcAb were0.45%,92.55%,and 18.09%,respectively,and coverage of HepB was 61.91%.Logistic regression showed that subjects’hospitals and jobs were factors influencing HBsAb positivity rates.Conclusion Risk of HBV infection was high among medical workers in Jiamusi.We suggest improving HepB vaccination coverage in medical workers.
