摘  要:产气荚膜梭菌是产生多种毒素的厌氧菌,在人类和动物中引起多种疾病。其中一种毒素ε毒素(ETX)能诱导山羊、绵羊和牛的致命肠道疾病。ETX属于成孔毒素,含有3个不同的结构域,通过蛋白水解活化及脂筏相关蛋白在细胞表面形成寡聚孔。ETX被美国疾病控制和预防中心(CDC)列为B类生物恐怖战剂,其毒力仅次于肉毒毒素和破伤风神经毒素。ETX能与其靶细胞膜受体特异性结合,但是其受体尚未确定,故论文就其受体研究的相关进展进行综述,为研究产气荚膜梭菌ε毒素诱导疾病的防治提供重要靶标。Clostridium perfringens is an anaerobic bacterium that produces a variety of toxins,causing a variety of diseases in humans and animals.One of the toxins is epsilon,which induces fatal intestinal diseases in goats,sheep and cattle.Epsilon toxin(ETX)is a pore-forming toxin that contains three distinct domains that form oligomeric pores on the cell surface by proteolytic activation and lipid raft-associated proteins.ETX has been classified as a category B biological agent by the Center for Disease Control(CDC)of the United States,which is third most potent clostridial toxin known after botulinum toxin and tetanus neurotoxin.ETX can specifically bind to its target cell membrane receptor,but its receptor has not been determined.Therefore,this article reviewed the progress on its receptors,which provides an important target for the treatment and prevention of Clostridium perfringensε-toxin-induced disease.
