摘 要:发动机正时皮带的跑偏力是评价发动机正时轮系性能的重要指标之一。发动机通过皮带将曲轴旋转的能量传递给进、排气凸轮轴、水泵等零件,保证发动机各系统的正常运转;正时惰轮通过螺栓、垫块安装在缸体上合适的位置,使轮系受力更加合理,满足轮系布置的要求。在发动机运转过程中,正时惰轮带轮受到皮带张紧力的作用,可能产生变形,导致发动机皮带跑偏力增大并磨损。通过优化正时惰轮垫块的结构可以减小带轮的变形量和正时皮带的跑偏力。The off-tracking force of engine timing belt is one of the important indexes to evaluate the performance of engine timing system.The engine uses the belt to transfer the energy generated by crankshaft rotation to the intake/exhaust camshaft,water pump and other parts to ensure the normal operation of all systems.The idler is installed on the cylinder block in a suitable position through bolt and spacer,which makes the timing system more reasonable in force and meets the requirements of timing system layout.In the process of engine running,the idler is affected by the belt tension force,which may produce deformation,leading to the increase of off-tracking force and wear of belt.The deformation of the idler and the off-tracking force of the belt can be reduced by optimizing the structure of the spacer.
