摘 要:数据是智能时代的重要资源,政府数据开放是智慧城市建设的重要组成部分.选取我国已经推出数据开放平台的40个智慧城市作为研究对象,从数据层、平台层和准备度三个基本维度出发,先利用灰色关联分析法得出我国智慧城市政府数据开放在三个维度相对发展水平的关联度,再用聚类分析法对这40个城市进行综合分析和分类.研究结果显示,目前我国智慧城市政府数据开放水平具有明显的不平衡性.在此基础上,对我国智慧城市政府数据开放水平的提升提出对策建议.Data is an important resource in the intelligent era,and the opening of government data is an important part of smart city construction.The 40 smart cities that have launched the data opening platform in China are selected as the research objects.Baced on the three basic dimensions including data layer,platform layer and readiness,Firstly,the gray correlation analysis method is used to obtain the correlation degree of the level of data opening of the smart city government in China,then the 40 cities are comprehensively analyzed and classified by cluster analysis method.The research results show that there is an obvious imbalance in the current level of smart city government data opening in China.On this basis,some suggestions for improving government data opening level of smart cities in China are put forward.
