摘 要:为解决医院门、急诊卫生间排水问题,改善患者就医环境,研究了真空技术在医院排水提升改造中适用性及运行效果。以天津某医院对门、急诊楼卫生间真空改造为实例,得到医院应用此密闭的真空排水系统具有节水、节电、管道铺设灵活、负压隔臭等优点,可实现对污、废水的同层收集、同层排放,防止细菌滋生、带辐射污水(物)二次污染,解决困扰医院卫生间环境的难题,可作为传统重力排水方式的补充与替代。针对真空改造后运行中存在的真空排水系统冲厕声音略大和管道阻塞问题,提出了改进措施,可为类似工程提供借鉴意义。We addressed the upgrading of the heavily used toilet system in public hospital,where problems pile up,including but not limited to the huge waste of tap-water,cross-infection/contamination of medical environment,spreading of diseases,secondary contamination of sewage and waste-water systems.The high-tech solution is vacuum toilet system.The discussions,with a specific application example in a hospital of Tianjin,focused on the advantages,including: i) Significant saving of tap-water by 52.1%,from 225.7 t/d to 108.2 t/d;ii) Negative pressure isolates the spreading in air of stinking odor and infestious virus;iii) Prevention of bacteria breeding and secondary contamination of sewage and waste-water systems because excrement-containing sewage was collected,separated,disinfected and discharged on the same floor.Moreover,the problems,including the loud noises and frequent clogging-up of drainage pipe,and their possible solutions as well were tentatively discussed in a thought provoking way.
