摘  要:爪式真空泵的性能主要取决于转子型线的性质。现有转子型线存在尖点及余隙容积过大的问题,本文基于啮合原理,建立了椭圆弧及其包络线的啮合模型,构建出新型椭圆弧型转子的型线并推导其参数方程,分析了独立几何参数对真空泵工作性能的影响。通过对工作过程进行数值模拟研究了新型爪式真空泵的流场,利用受力分析比较了不同类型型线对转子力学性能和工作性能的影响。结果表明:椭圆弧型爪式转子的工作性能更佳,应力和变形更小。A novel elliptical arc-rotor of claw vacuum pump was proposed,based on the meshing principle,to solve the problems of the existing arc-rotors,such as the trouble-some cusps and large clearance volume.First,the meshing and envelope of elliptical arc-rotor were mathematical formulated;next,its profile and parametric equation were derived;and finally,the influence of the key radius ratios,defined herein as μ,ε and ζ,on the distributions of pressure/flow-field inside the pump and the distributions of stress/deformation of the arc-rotor,was theoretically analyzed with standard k-ε turbulence model and numerically simulated in finite element method(FEM).The simulated results show that the newly-developed elliptical arc rotor outperforms the existing circular arc-rotor and arc-rotor with cusps,because of higher pumping efficiency,weaker stress and less deformation.
