摘 要:建立一种用高效液相色谱法测定蜂蜜中的单宁酸方法。经过实验优化,得到最佳单宁酸的色谱方法。在其最佳色谱条件下,单宁酸出峰时间为9.253 min。经过方法学考察,单宁酸在0.1~100μg·mL-1线性关系良好,且其精密度和重复性均达到要求。单宁酸的加标回收率范围为79.6%~97.4%。因此,可利用该方法检测五倍子蜂蜜样品中的单宁酸含量,为开发五倍子蜂蜜的药用价值提供参考。Establishing a method using high performance liquid chromatography to detect tannin acid in gallnut honey. Optimal chromatographic conditions of tannin acid were obtained through experiment, which tannin acid is 9.253 min. Methodological investigation conformed that tannin acid had a good linership between 0.1~100 μg·m L-1. In the meanwhile the precision and repeatability for each is meet requirement. The recovery range of method for detection of tannin acid is 79.6%~97.4%. Therefore, these methods would be used to detect the content of tannin acid in a kind of gallnut honey, which may provide a reference for the development of the medicinal value of gallnut honey.
