腓骨截骨术+关节镜下清理治疗膝关节内侧骨性关节炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腓骨截骨术联合关节镜下清理治疗膝关节内侧骨性关节炎的临床疗效分析。方法方便选取2016年1月—2018年12月于该院接受治疗的膝关节内侧骨性关节炎的患者31例,随机分为对照组(n=15)和观察组(n=16),给予前者关节镜下膝关节清理术治疗,后者给予腓骨截骨术联合关节镜下膝关节清理术的治疗方案。术后随访半年~2年零10个月,观察两组患者膝关节疼痛的改善程度、功能恢复程度和并发症的发生率。结果经过治疗后,31例膝关节内侧骨性关节炎的患者在治疗结束后其症状都有明显改善。在术后6个月,观察组患者的VAS评分(0.51±0.32)分、HSS评分(86.75±17.81)分、KSS评分(87.72±17.80)分,和患者的满意度(93.8%)。和对照组相比较,差异有统计学意义(t=11.249、3.871、3.810,χ2=6.605,P<0.05)。结论腓骨截骨术联合关节镜下膝关节清理术可以提高膝关节内侧骨性关节炎的治疗效果,减轻患者的疼痛程度,改善患者的膝关节功能。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tibia osteotomy combined with arthroscopic debridement for treatment of medial osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods Thirty-one patients with medial osteoarthritis of the knee who underwent treatment in the hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were convenient randomly divided into control group(n=15)and observation group(n=16),the former is treated with arthroscopic knee arthroscopic debridement,and the latter is given a treatment plan for tibial osteotomy combined with arthroscopic knee arthroplasty.The patients were followed up for half a year to two years and 10 months.The improvement of knee joint pain,the degree of functional recovery and the incidence of complications were observed.Results After treatment,31 patients with medial osteoarthritis of the knee showed significant improvement in symptoms after treatment.At 6 months after surgery,patients in the observation group had VAS scores(0.51±0.32)points,HSS scores(86.75±17.81)points,KSS scores(87.72±17.80)points,and patient satisfaction(93.8%).Compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.24,3.871,3.810,χ2=6.605,P<0.05).Conclusion Tibial osteotomy combined with arthroscopic knee arthroplasty can improve the therapeutic effect of medial osteoarthritis of the knee joint,reduce the pain level of patients and improve the knee function of patients.
