腹腔穿刺术在腹部闭合性损伤中的应用及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的评价腹腔穿刺术在腹部闭合性损伤中的应用效果及安全性。方法便利该院2017年1月—2018年8月收治的67例腹部闭合性损伤患者作为研究对象,均对该组患者实施腹腔穿刺术,统计该组患者穿刺阳性率、穿刺检查结果与手术病理结果的符合率及穿刺并发症发生情况。结果67例患者中,62例患者穿刺结果为阳性,穿刺阳性率为92.54%,穿刺检查结果与手术病理结果的符合率为95.52%,无患者发生腹腔穿刺并发症。结论腹腔穿刺术用于腹部闭合性损伤中,操作简便、诊断结果可靠、安全性高,有利于改善患者预后。Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of abdominal puncture in abdominal closed injury.Methods 67 patients with abdominal closed injury admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to August 2018 were convenient enrolled in this study.All patients underwent abdominal puncture.The positive rate of puncture,puncture test results and surgical pathological results were obtained.The coincidence rate and the occurrence of puncture complications were counted.Results Of the 67 patients,62 patients had positive puncture results.The positive rate of puncture was 92.54%.The coincidence rate between puncture test results and surgical pathology was 95.52%.No patients developed abdominal puncture complications.Conclusion Abdominal puncture is used for abdominal closed injury.It is easy to operate,reliable and safe,and it is beneficial to improve the prognosis of patients.
