摘　　要：目的通过对2172例参加免费孕前优生检查夫妇的结果进行分析,了解准备生育夫妇的健康水平,为更好地采取孕前干预,降低出生缺陷的发生风险提供依据。方法方便选择2011年8月—2017年11月在上海市闵行区中心医院门诊免费检查者(夫妇)2172例作为研究对象,并询问病史、体格检查、辅助检查以及专项检;结果女性共有1086例参与检查,其中检查结果异常的有622例,尿常规异常的90例,占8.28%,其次为贫血64例,占5.89%;男性共有1086例参与检查,其中检查结果异常的有648例,乙肝有73例,占6.72%,其次为肝功能异常58例,占5.34%;从生殖系统来看,女性主要为中、重度子宫颈炎,占3.49%,男性则以包皮过长为主,占18.32%。结论准备生育夫妇的孕前-围孕保健意识整体薄弱,疾病检出率高,今后应加大对孕前-围孕保健的宣传,扩大孕前检查的普及率。Objective To analyze the results of 2172 couples who took part in the free pre-pregnancy eugenics examination,and to understand the health level of the couples preparing to give birth,so as to provide the basis for better pre-pregnancy intervention and reducing the risk of birth defects.Methods 2172 free outpatients(couples)from August 2011 to November 2017 in Minhang district central hospital of Shanghai were convenient selected as the subjects of the study,and their medical history,physical examination,auxiliary examination and special examination were asked.Results A total of 1086 women participated in the examination,of which 622 were abnormal in the examination results and 90 in the urine routine examination,accounting for 8.2%,8%,64 cases 5.89%were anemia,1086 cases were male,648 cases were abnormal,73 cases 6.72%were hepatitis B,58 cases 5.34%were abnormal liver function,3.49%were severe cervicitis and 18.32%were prepuce.Conclusion The awareness of pre-pregnancy and parturient health care of couples preparing to give birth is weak and the detection rate of disease is high.In the future,we should increase the publicity of pre-pregnancy and peri-pregnancy health care and expand the popularization rate of pre-pregnancy examination.
