摘　　要：目的探讨预见性护理干预在带涤纶套带隧道中心静脉导管血液透析患者中实施对血流感染发生预防价值。方法方便选取2017年12月—2018年12月该院40例带涤纶套带隧道中心静脉导管维持性血液透析患者进行研究,用随机分组表法分为预见组(20例,预见性护理干预)和基础组(20例,基础护理),对患者血流感染情况和护理满意情况实施对比。结果护理3个月后,预见组患者血流感染发生率显著低于基础组[0.00%vs 25.00%,χ2=5.714,P<0.05]。预见组患者健康状况(18.6±2.3)分、生理职能(21.4±1.8)分、情感职能(22.1±1.3)分及社会职能(21.3±1.6)分评分显著高于基础组(t=3.565、3.216、5.164、6.214,P<0.05)。相对基础组患者,预见组护理满意更高[95.00%vs 70.00%,χ2=4.329,P<0.05]。结论预见性护理干预在带涤纶套带隧道中心静脉导管血液透析患者中实施,可协助降低血流感染发生率,并能对患者护理满意度有提高。Objective To explore the value of predictive nursing intervention in the prevention of bloodstream infection in patients with hemodialysis with central venous catheter with polyester sheath.Methods A total of 40 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis with polyester cuffed tunnel central venous catheter in the hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were convenient selected for research.They were divided into a predictive group(20 cases,predictive care intervention)and a basic group(20 cases,basic nursing),to compare the blood flow infection and nursing satisfaction of patients.Results After 3 months of nursing,the incidence of bloodstream infection in the predicted group was significantly lower than that in the basic group[0.00%vs 25.00%,χ2=5.714,P<0.05].The scores of health status,physiological function,emotional function,and social function in the predicted group were(18.6±2.3)points,(21.4±1.8)points,(22.1±1.3)points,(21.3±1.6)points respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the basic group(t=3.564,3.216,5.164,6.215,P<0.05).Compared with the basic group,the nursing satisfaction of the foresight group was higher[95.00%vs 70.00%,χ2=4.329,P<0.05].Conclusion Predictive nursing interventions are performed in hemodialysis patients with a central catheter with a polyester catheter,which can help reduce the incidence of bloodstream infections and improve patient care satisfaction.
