曲安奈德联合锝云克治疗甲状腺相关眼病成效分析

摘　　要：目的分析曲安奈德联合锝云克在甲状腺相关眼病中的运用。方法方便选择该院于2018年2月-2019年4月收治的95例甲状腺相关眼病患者为研究对象,依据治疗方法分组,分为对照组、联合组,给予两组单纯曲安奈德治疗、曲安奈德联合锝云克治疗。观察两组疗效、症状改善状况及生活质量。结果联合组总有效率95.92%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.120,P=0.030)。联合组上睑退缩改善时间(13.91±7.10)d(t=5.370,P=0.030)、视力下降改善时间(13.15±6.04)d(t=3.910,P=0.040)、眼睑闭合不全改善时间(15.69±6.82)d(t=5.490,P=0.030),短于对照组(P<0.05)。联合组治疗后生活质量(60.34±6.29)分,高于对照组(t=5.820,P=0.030)。结论曲安奈德联合锝云克用于甲状腺相关眼病的治疗,可快速改善上睑退缩、睑裂等症状,恢复其正常生活。Objective To analyze the application of triamcinolone acetonide combined with technetium in thyroid-related ophthalmopathy. Methods 95 patients with thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to April 2019 were convenient selected as subjects according to treatment methods. They were divided into control group and combined group. Two groups of simple triamcinolone acetonide and triamcinolone acetonide were given. Combined with Deyunke treatment. The efficacy, symptom improvement and quality of life of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 95.92%, which was higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(χ~2=6.120, P=0.030). In the combined group, the time of retraction improvement was(13.91±7.10) d(t=5.370, P=0.030), the improvement of visual acuity was(13.15±6.04)d(t=3.910, P=0.040), and the correction time of eyelid closure was not good(15.69±6.82)d(t=5.490, P=0.030), shorter than the control group(P<0.05). The quality of life(60.34 ±6.29)points after treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the control group(t =5.820, P =0.030).Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide combined with technetium in the treatment of thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy can rapidly improve the symptoms of upper eyelid retraction and palpebral fissure, and restore their normal life.
