小儿肠套叠的影像表现及空气灌肠整复治疗的分析

摘　　要：目的分析小儿肠套叠的影像表现及空气灌肠整复治疗的临床应用。方法方便选取该院2016年3月-2019年3月收治的行X线诊断与空气灌肠整复治疗的69例肠套叠患儿作为研究对象,现归纳总结患儿的影像学表现、复位成功率及影响空气灌肠整复效果的因素。结果 69例肠套叠患儿中,有61例患儿为整复成功,整复成功率为88.41%,其中有8例出现整复失败,失败率为11.59%;其中整复成功的患儿其复发时间多为2~7 h,整复失败的患儿发病时间均>26 h。结论 X线在小儿肠套叠的影像表现及空气灌肠整复治疗具有较高的临床诊断和治疗价值,在空气灌肠整复治疗成功或者失败的时候X线均会反映出不同的影像学特征,其可作为提示空气灌肠整复是否成功的有效参考依据,与此同时,空气灌肠整复治疗效果会受到肠套叠发病时间、套叠类型、有无腹胀、年龄等因素影响。Objective To analyze the imaging manifestations of intussusception in children and the clinical application of air enema. Methods Convenient selection 69 cases of intussusception treated by X-ray diagnosis and air enema in the hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were the object of study. The imaging manifestations, success rate of reduction and the factors affecting the effect of air enema were summarized. Results 69 cases of intussusception, 61 cases were successful,the success rate was 88.41%. Among them, 8 cases failed, the failure rate was 11.59%. The recurrence time of successful cases was 2~7 h and the onset time of failed cases was more than 26 h. Conclusion X-ray has high clinical diagnostic and therapeutic value in children with intussusception. X-ray can reflect different imaging characteristics when air enema is successful or unsuccessful. It can be used as an effective reference to indicate whether air enema is successful or not. At the same time, the effect of air enema is affected by intussusception. Time of illness, type of intussusception, abdominal distension, age and other factors.
