摘　　要：当患者受到艾滋病与结核病的双重感染时,会对其机体免疫功能造成较为复杂的影响,同时两种疾病之间还可相互影响,相较于一般结核患者,其临床症状呈现为复杂性与多样性。当艾滋病与骨关节结核合并存在时,临床诊断与临床治疗存在较大困难,也是导致艾滋病患者病死的重要原因。近些年来,随着医学技术的不断进步,抗病毒治疗方案逐渐得到相应优化,因此艾滋病合并骨关节结核的治疗出现了新的进展,该文主要对艾滋病合并骨关节结核的治疗情况进行探讨。When patients are infected with AIDS and tuberculosis, their immune function will be more complex. At the same time, the two diseases can interact with each other. Compared with the general tuberculosis patients, their clinical symptoms show complexity and diversity. When AIDS and osteoarticular tuberculosis coexist, there are great difficulties in clinical diagnosis and treatment, which is also an important cause of AIDS patients death. In recent years, with the continuous progress of medical technology, antiviral treatment programs have been gradually optimized. Therefore, new progress has been made in the treatment of AIDS with osteoarticular tuberculosis. This article mainly discusses the treatment of AIDS with osteoarticular tuberculosis.
