摘 要:镜面加工修补是针对铜镜铸后镜面砂眼、铸洞等缺损现象而采取的补救措施。对这种古代工艺,尤其宋代以后的工艺发展状况,学界关注不多,相关实物资料也几乎未见公开发表、披露。文章根据文物实践工作中的观察收获,将首都博物馆馆藏铜镜中具有明显的铸后镜面加工修补痕迹特点的部分例证,予以公示、介绍。并在实物观察、比较总结的基础上,对这种古代工艺的具体操作方法、步骤进行蠡测,同时就该工艺所涉及的相关问题展开初步讨论与探究。Mirror surface repair is a remedial measure against defects after the copper mirror production process such as of blisters,cast holes etc.The academic research has paid little attention to this ancient technology,especially its development after the Song Dynasty with almost no publications or disclosed information.The author demonstrates distinctive characteristics of traces of those repair works done on the surface of the copper mirrors by showing examples based on his observation and study of collections of the Capital Museum.This paper also makes his conjecture about detailed operational measures and procedures of this ancient technology based on physical observation and comparisons,meanwhile,he also conducts a preliminary study of relevant subjects to this technology.
