摘  要:目的筛选盐酸地尔硫䓬骨架缓释片的处方,并研究其释药机制。方法采用单因素考察对骨架缓释片的处方进行筛选和优化,并对其质量和体外释药机制进行研究。结果联合应用两种不同分子量的PEO作为骨架材料制备盐酸地尔硫䓬骨架缓释片,每片含盐酸地尔硫䓬90 mg,该处方片剂硬度为7~9 kg,0~12 h释药曲线符合Hixson-Crowell模型。结论该骨架片制备工艺简单,具有良好的缓释效果。Objective To screen the prescription of dilthiazem hydrochloride sustained-release tablets and determine the mechanism of drug release.Methods Single factor analysis was used to screen and optimize the formulation of sustained-release tablets,and the quality and mechanism of in vitro drug release were also studied.Results Diltiazem hydrochloride sustained release tablets were prepared by combining two types of PEO with different molecular weights as skeleton materials.Each tablet contained 90 mg diltiazem hydrochloride,and the hardness of the prescription tablets was 7-9 kg.The release curve at the 0-12 h was consistent with the Hixson-Crowell release model.Conclusion The matrix tablet has good sustained drug release effect and its preparation process is simple.
