摘 要:脂代谢包括三酰甘油、胆固醇和磷脂代谢等,在维持细胞结构和能量稳态中起着重要作用。临床研究表明,脂代谢紊乱是诱发动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病的主要危险因素,需要及时干预。近年来,从天然药物中筛选出大量调节脂代谢的活性成分,其中氧杂蒽酮具有较好的临床应用前景。本文检索了近年对氧杂蒽酮类化合物生物活性的研究报道,总结了该类化合物调节脂代谢的作用机制,为改善脂代谢紊乱药物的研究与开发提供参考。Lipid metabolism includes the metabolism of triglyceride,cholesterol and phospholipid,which plays an important role in maintaining the cellular structure and energy homeostasis.Clinical studies indicated that lipid metabolism disorder is a major risk factor for atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.Thus,timely drug intervention is necessary for lipid metabolism disorders.Recently,may active compounds were screened out from natural products as regulators of lipid metabolism.Among them,xanthones exhibited excellent activities and a good clinical application prospect.In this paper,we reviewed recent literature reports regarding biological activities of xanthones,and summarized the mechanism of these compounds in regulating the lipid metabolism,which provided a insight into research and development of medications for lipid metabolism disorders.
