摘  要:目的对云南文山春七、冬七的主要皂苷类活性成分进行深入研究,为明确云南文山春七、冬七质量差异奠定基础。方法采用液质联用(UPLC-MS/MS)技术定性比较云南文山春七、冬七的皂苷成分,利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)定量分析主要皂苷含量。结果UPLC-MS/MS技术可以明显区分云南文山春七、冬七,两者主要差异性成分包括人参皂苷F1、人参皂苷Rg3、人参皂苷Rc、人参皂苷Rg2、人参皂苷Re等13种。5种主要皂苷三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rd在春七含量依次为0.743%、2.969%、3.115%、0.796%、0.590%,而在冬七中的含量依次是0.840%、6.007%、6.280%、1.629%、1.646%。结论该研究发现云南文山春七、冬七的皂苷成分在种类上差异小,含量上差异大。5种主要单体皂苷成分所占比例类似,但冬七皂苷含量要高于春七的。本文研究有关云南文山春七和冬七的定性定量检测,旨在为其质量评价和药理活性区分奠定基础。Objective To determine the bioactive components of“Chunqi”and“Dongqi”from Wenshan,Yunnan,China,and to evaluate the differences between the species.Methods UPLC-MS/MS technology was used to qualitatively compare the components of saponins form“Chunqi”and“Dongqi”in Wenshan,Yunnan.The main saponin contents were quantitatively analyzed by HPLC.Results UPLC-MS/MS clearly distinguished“Chunqi”and“Dongqi”in Wenshan,Yunnan.Thirteen contents were found,including ginsenoside F1,ginsenoside Rg3,ginsenoside Rc,ginsenoside Rg2,and ginsenoside Re and so on.In“Chunqi”the content of 5 major saponins(notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rb1,ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Re,and ginsenoside Rd)was 0.743%,2.969%,3.115%,0.796%,and 0.590%,respectively.While in“Dongqi”the corresponding content was 0.840%,6.007%,6.280%,1.629%,and 1.646%,respectively.Conclusion This study show that between“Chunqi”and“Dongqi”species,saponins vary in composition.The 5 major monomers of saponins are similar,with percentage higher in“Dongqi”species.This study provides insight to the component quality of“Chunqi”and“Dongqi”from Wenshan,Yunnan for its pharmacological applications.
