摘  要:受热面作为锅炉热能转换的重要组成部分,设备的运行状况直接关系到锅炉运行的安全性和稳定性。如果受热面在运行过程中出现爆管泄露的安全事故,不仅会影响到企业的经济效益,而且还会威胁到操作人员的人身安全,所以改善设备系统的运行环境非常关键。文章首先阐述火电厂锅炉受热面失效的原因,然后对受热面失效的防治措施进行分析,为提高火电厂锅炉运行的安全性和稳定性创造有利条件。As an important part of boiler thermal energy conversion, the operation status of equipment is directly related to the safety and stability of boiler operation. If the safety accident of pipe burst leakage occurs on the heating surface during operation, it will not only affect the economic benefits of the enterprise, but also threaten the personal safety of the operators, so it is very important to improve the operating environment of the equipment system. This paper first expounds the causes of the failure of the heating surface of the boiler in the thermal power plant, and then analyzes the prevention and control measures of the failure of the heating surface, so as to create favorable conditions for improving the safety and stability of the boiler operation in the thermal power plant.
