摘 要:为了研究高电压脉冲对固-液混合电介质的内部作用机制,利用计算机模拟脉冲放电发展软件HV-LAB建立固-液混合电介质三维模型,设置等效电路参数、电极结构、电极间距以及电介质参数,再对该混合电介质模型进行高电压破碎仿真试验。仿真结果显示:当脉冲发生器输出电压为400kV,固体电介质和液体电介质分别为磁黄铁矿石、去离子水,电极结构为针-针电极且电极间距为10cm时,固体电介质内部最大破碎深度为4.12cm,约为电极间距的1/3~1/2,并产生多条类似树状结构的等离子放电通道。In order to study the internal action mechanism of high voltage pulse on solid-liquid mixed dielectrics, a three-dimensional model of solid-liquid mixed dielectrics was established by using the computer simulation pulse discharge development software HV-LAB, and the equivalent circuit parameters, electrode structure, electrode spacing and dielectric parameters were set, and then the high voltage breakup simulation test of the mixed dielectric model was carried out. The simulation results show that when the output voltage of the pulse generator is 400 kV, the solid dielectric and the liquid dielectric are magnetoxanthite and deionized water respectively, the electrode structure is needle-needle electrode and the electrode spacing is 10 cm, the maximum breaking depth in the solid dielectric is 4.12 cm, which is about 1/3 ~1/2 of the distance between electrodes, and several plasma discharge channels with similar tree structure are produced.
