摘　　要：聚乙烯/木粉发泡材料的常用辅助材料有聚乙烯树脂、发泡剂、催化稳定剂、填充剂、塑化剂等。不同配比的原材料制取的聚乙烯/木粉发泡材料的性能也不同。作者制取聚乙烯/木粉发泡材料的主要原理是利用发泡剂AC(偶氮二甲酰胺)、PE(聚乙烯粉末)、木粉、催化稳定剂(氧化锌)、增塑剂DBP(邻苯二甲酸二丁酯)、填充剂(碳酸钙)混合均匀的发泡原料放置在模具中。经过对不同配比条件下制得的聚乙烯/木粉发泡材料的性能测定分析得出比发泡剂AC用量为2%时,聚乙烯/木粉材料的发泡质量和发泡效果最好,以及加入适量木粉的条件下制得的聚乙烯/木粉发泡材料的拉伸性能更佳。The common auxiliary materials of polyethylene/wood powder foaming materials are polyethylene resin, foaming agent,catalytic stabilizer, filler, plasticizer, etc. The properties of polyethylene/wood powder foamed materials with different ratio of raw materials are also different. The main principle of polyethylene/wood powder foaming materials prepared by the author is to use the foaming agent AC(azodicarbonamide), PE(polyethylene powder), wood powder, catalytic stabilizer(zinc oxide), plasticizer DBP(dibutyl phthalate), filler(calcium carbonate) evenly mixed foaming materials placed in the mold. Through the determination and analysis of the properties of polyethylene/wood powder foaming materials prepared under different ratio conditions, it is concluded that when the dosage of foaming agent AC is 2%, the foaming quality and foaming effect of polyethylene/wood powder materials are the best, and the tensile properties of polyethylene/wood powder foaming materials prepared under the condition of adding an appropriate amount of wood powder are better.
