摘　　要：简单介绍邯钢1#2#高炉应用"一种高炉出铁口防止溢尘的封堵装置"的发明专利,对原高炉铁口开口和堵口时被炉内高压气体推动下会瞬间冲出铁口顶吸、侧吸负压区大量外溢的烟尘进行封堵回收,杜绝铁口烟尘无组织排放现象,降低环境污染尤其是提升高炉炉前生产环境效果明显。This paper briefly introduces the invention patent of "a kind of plugging device for preventing dust overflow from blast furnace outlet" in blast furnaces #1 and #2 of Hangang Hanbao Iron and Steel Co.Ltd., which facilitates the recycling of thesoot spilling out of the iron mouth top suction and side suction negative pressure area when pushed by the high pressure gas in the furnace during the opening and plugging of the iron mouth of the original blast furnace. Besides, it can obviously prevent the unorganized emission of iron mouth smoke, reduce environmental pollution, and improve the production environment in front of the blast furnace.
