摘　　要：文章对汽车高强度钢进行U形弯曲过程中的回弹进行了分析,研究了弯曲回弹产生的原因以及利用有限元分析软件对U形件进行冲压回弹分析,阐述了在进行仿真分析过程中应该注意的问题,对高强度钢弯曲模具设计者有一定的指导意义。In this paper, the springback of automobile high strength steel in the process of U-shaped bending is analyzed, the causes of bending springback are studied, and the stamping springback analysis of U-shaped parts is carried out by using finite element analysis software. This paper expounds the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of simulation analysis,which has a certain guiding significance for the designers of high strength steel bending die.
