摘 要:入海排污口是海洋污染的重要来源之一,具有数量众多、分布广泛、不易发现的特点,加上沿海地区地形复杂,依靠传统人工地面排查难以在短时间内掌握全部情况。文章以大连黄海入海排污口排查为例,应用高分辨率航测技术快速获取调查区遥感影像,通过人工目视解译发现各类排污口,结合人工地面排查确认所有排污口。经现场排查确认,解译遗漏率为4.7%,解译错误率为6.6%,综合解译准确率为88.7%。该方法周期短、遗漏少,可大大提高排查效率,获取调查区全口径排污口名录,为海洋污染溯源及整治工作提供强大的技术支撑。The sewage outlet is an important source of marine pollution. A large number of sewage outlets are widely distributedand difficult to find. It is hard to find out all with rough terrain in a short time by traditional manual ground investigation.The high-resolution aerial survey technology was applied to investigate the outlets along the Yellow Sea. The outlets were found by remote sensing interpretationand manual ground survey. It was proved that the interpretation has a 4.7% missrate, a 6.6% error rate,and its precision is 88.7% integrally. This method has the advantages of short period and few omissions, which can greatly improve the efficiency of investigation, obtain the list of full-caliber sewage outlets in the investigation area, and provide strong technical support for the source tracing and control of marine pollution.
