摘　　要：目的观察中药消痤颗粒对重度痤疮患者血清IL-2、IL-4及IFN-γ的影响,探讨其在重度痤疮患者免疫应答中的作用。方法将符合标准的重度痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组予以中药消痤颗粒,对照组予以维胺脂胶囊,8w后,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)观察患者血清IL-2、IL-4及IFN-γ治疗前后变化。结果治疗8w后,治疗组总有效率为83.33%,对照组总有效率为73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组IL-2与IFN-γ的血清表达高于对照组,而IL-4则低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药消痤颗粒治疗重度痤疮效果要优于维胺脂胶囊,且可以调整重度痤疮患者机体异常的免疫应答。Objective In order to observe the effects of Xiaocuo Granule on serum IL-2,IL-4 and IFN-γin patients with severe acne,and to explore its role in the immune response of patients with severe acne.Methods Sixty patients with severe acne were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(30 cases)was treated with Xiaocuo Granule,while the control group(30 cases)was treated with Viaminate Capsules.Eight weeks later,the changes of serum IL-2,IL-4 and IFN-γwere observed by ELISA.Results After eight weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,and that of the control group was 73.33%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum expression of IL-2 and IFN-γin the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,while IL-4 was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaocuo Granule was superior to Viaminate Capsules in the treatment of severe acne,and can adjust the abnormal immune response of patients with severe acne.
