摘  要:【目的】研究鱼类器官质量随个体质量增长的异速变化及该变化的种间差异,以检验器官尺寸假说。【方法】以鲤科(Cyprinidae)鱼类鲢(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix)、鳙(Hypophthalmichthys nobilis)、草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idella)、青鱼(Mylopharyngodon piceus)、鲤(Cyprinus carpio)和鲫(Carassius auratus)为研究对象,测定它们随个体质量增长的各器官质量,分析器官质量与体质量的异速关系,并对器官尺寸假说进行检验。【结果】6种鱼的脑、心、肝、鳃、内脏团和躯壳的质量均与体质量呈统计学意义上的正相关关系(p<0.05),校正体质量后的各器官质量都有统计学意义上的种间差异(p<0.05);6种鱼的特定体质量代谢率和校正后的平均脑质量没有统计学意义上的相关关系。【结论】脑质量大的物种,它的静止代谢率未必大;研究结果仅部分支持器官尺寸假说。[Purposes]To study the relationship between organ masses and body masses and the interspecific differences among fish species,aiming to test organ size hypothesis.[Methods]The silver carp(Hypophthalmichthys molitrix),bighead carp(Aristichthys nobilis),grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella),black carp(Mylopharyngoden piceus),common carp(Cyprinus carpio),and crucian carp(Carassius auratus)were used as experimental animals and the allometric scaling between organ masses and body masses were determined.Then the organ size hypothesis was tested.[Findings]The masses of brain,heart,liver,gills,viscera,and trunk were significantly correlated with body masses of the six species of fish and were different among species corrected-mass.The specific-mass resting metabolic rate was not correlated with brain mass among species.[Conclusions]Species with a larger brain is not necessarily having a higher resting metabolic rate.The results only partially support the organ size hypothesis.
