摘  要:【目的】提出对农村宅基地可能整治出土地的快速分类与判定方法,为西南丘陵山区农村宅基地整治工作提供一定参考和帮助。【方法】参照国标《土地利用现状分类》(GB/T21010—2017)和农村宅基地整治相关经验,以及对已有宅基地整治出的土地类别进行统计分析,将可能整治出的土地的利用类别分为耕地、林地及建设用地,再借助土地适宜性评价思想,选取宅基地图斑作为评价单元,选取周边地类情况、面积大小和整治意愿共3个指标构建评价体系,通过熵权法确定各指标权重,利用加权指数和法计算待整治宅基地的综合适宜指数,以及利用ArcGIS 10.2软件中的自然断裂点法进行综合适宜性等级划分,最后按照分类原则进行最终整治方向判定。【结果】1)适宜整治为耕地的宅基地图斑数为87个,占总数的62.59%;面积为10201.76m^2,占总面积的60.30%。2)适宜整治为建设用地的宅基地图斑数为20个,占数量总和的14.39%;面积为2907.62m^2,占总面积的17.18%。3)适宜整治为林地的宅基地图斑数为32个,占数量总和的23.02%;面积为3810.26m^2,占总面积的22.52%。【结论】提出的农村宅基地可能整治出土地的快速分类与判定研究方法,只需要选取周边地类情况、面积大小和整治意愿3个指标,方便易获取,经济成本低,权重确定及评价方法简单易操作,完成最后的分类及判定所需的时间周期短,能较快确定西南丘陵山区农村宅基地的土地整治方向,体现“快速”这一特征,可为西南丘陵山区农村宅基地土地整治提供一定参考和帮助。[Purposes]The research proposes a rapid classification and determination method for the land types that may be consolidated in rural homestead,in order to provide some reference and help for the rural homestead consolidation work in the hilly and mountainous regions in southwest China.[Methods]First,the land use types that may be consolidated in rural homestead has been divided into three categories:cultivated land,forest land and construction land,according to the national standard Classification of Land Use Status(GB/T21010-2017),the relevant experience of rural homestead consolidation and the statistical analysis of the land types consolidated by existing homesteads.And the suitability evaluation system has been constructed by selecting the patch of homestead as evaluation unit,using the land suitability evaluation thought,and selecting three indicators of surrounding land type,area size and consolidation intention.The weights of each index are determined by method of entropy-weight,the appropriate index of the homesteads to be consolidated is calculated by using the weighted index method,and the comprehensive suitability classification is accomplished by nature breaks in ArcGis 10.2.Finally,the final judgment is completed,based on the principle of determination.[Findings]1)The number of patch of the homesteads suitable for consolidation for cultivated is 87,accounting for 62.59%of the total,and its area is 10201.76m2,accounting for 60.30%of the total area.2)The number of patch of homesteads suitable for consolidation for construction land is 20,accounting for 14.39%of the total,and its area is 2907.62m^2,accounting for 17.18%of the total area.3)The number of patch of the homesteads suitable for consolidation for forest is 32,accounting for 23.02%of the total,and its area is 3810.26m^2,accounting for 22.52%of the total area.[Conclusions]The research proposes a rapid classification and determination method for the land types that may be consolidated in rural homestead,selects three indicators of surrounding lan
