摘　　要：目的观察苏木不同提取物对常见口腔致龋菌的影响。方法测定苏木不同提取物对粘性放线菌和变形链球菌的MIC、MBC值,观察苏木不同提取物对这两种菌的抑制产酸和抑制黏附的效果。结果苏木4种提取物对粘性放线菌和变形链球菌最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为1.25~2.50 g/L,最低杀菌浓度(MBC)均为5 g/L。1/2 MIC乙醇提取物对粘性放线菌的抑制产酸的效果最好,1/2 MIC水提取物对变形链球菌的抑制产酸效果最好,这两组效果与阳性对照组相比没有统计学差异。实验组中抑制黏附效果最好的是1/2 MIC乙醇提取物,1/2 MIC乙醇提取物对粘性放线菌和变形链球菌抑制黏附率分别为41.83%和46.40%。结论苏木4种提取物对粘性放线菌和变形链球菌都有很好的抑菌杀菌效果。其中1/2 MIC乙醇提物对粘性放线菌有好的抑制产酸效果,1/2 MIC水提取物对变形链球菌抑制产酸效果好,苏木不同提取物对粘性放线菌和变形链球菌都有抑制黏附的效果。Objective To observe the effect of different Sappan Lignum extracts on common oral caries.Methods The MIC and MBC values of different Sappan Lignum extracts to Actinomycetes viscous and Streptococcus mutans were measured,and the inhibitory effects of Sappan Lignum extracts on acid production and adhesion of the two strains were observed.Results The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of the four extracts of Sappan Lignum was 1.25~2.50 g/L,and the minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)was 5 g/L.1/2 MIC ethanol extract had the best inhibitory effect on acid production of Actinomycetes viscous,and 1/2 MIC water extract had the best inhibitory effect on acid production of Streptococcus mutans.There was no statistical difference between the two groups and the positive control group.In the experimental group,1/2 MIC ethanol extract had the best adhesion inhibition effect,and the adhesion inhibition rates of 1/2 MIC ethanol extract on adhesive Actinomycetes viscous and Streptococcus mutans were 41.83%and 46.40%,respectively.Conclusion The extracts of Sappan Lignum have good bacteriostasis and bactericidal effect on both sticky Actinomycetes viscous and Streptococcus mutans.Among them,1/2 MIC ethanol extract had good acid production inhibition effect on Actinomycetes viscous,1/2 MIC water extract had good acid production inhibition effect on Streptococcus mutans,and different Sappan Lignum extracts had adhesion inhibition effect on both viscous Actinomycetes viscous and Streptococcus mutans.
