摘 要:目的测定不同炮制火候及方法的瓦楞子中无机元素种类及含量。方法通过电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)、电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)、和双道原子荧光光度计(AFS-2202)测定瓦楞子及不同炮制品中无机元素种类及含量,并对数据进行聚类分析和主成分分析。结果瓦楞子及其炮制品中共检测到了58种无机元素的含量,其中含稀土元素共16种,微量元素共35种,炮制后的瓦楞子中对人体有益的元素含量升高,对人体有害的元素的含量大大降低,经聚类分析和主成分分析可将瓦楞子和不同炮制品分为三类,且元素Ge、Li、As、Sr、Ta等是区分瓦楞子及不同炮制品的重要无机元素。结论通过研究不同炮制火候及方法对瓦楞子无机元素种类及含量的影响,为瓦楞子炮制品的指导生产以及炮制标准提供一定的依据,同时对其临床使用提供参考。Objective To determine the kinds and contents of inorganic elements in different processed degree of stir-frying and methods.Methods The type and content of inorganic elements in Arcae Concha and its different processed products were measured by Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer(ICP-OES)and double channel atomic fluorescence photometer(AFS-2202),and the data were analyzed by clustering analysis and principal component analysis.Results 58 kinds of inorganic elements were detected in the Arcae Concha and its processed products,including 16 rare earth elements and 35 trace elements.The content of beneficial elements to the human body increased after the processing,and the content of harmful elements was greatly reduced.The cluster analysis and principal component analysis could be used to reduce the content of the elements by cluster analysis and principal component analysis.Different processed products can be divided into three categories,and elements Ge,Li,As,Sr and Ta are important inorganic elements to distinguish Arcae Concha and different processed products.Conclusion The effects of different degree of stir fire and methods on the types and content of inorganic elements of Arcae Concha are studied,which provide a basis for the production and processing standard of Arcae Concha process products,and provide reference for its clinical use.
