中药联合抗VEGF药物治疗视网膜静脉阻塞性黄斑水肿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药联合抗VEGF药物治疗RVO-ME的临床疗效。方法选择临床确诊为RVO-ME的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组予抗VEGF治疗,观察组予中药口服联合抗VEGF治疗。共随访6个月,分析最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、中心视网膜厚度(CRT)、注射次数等结果,评价治疗效果。结果视力方面,两组在治疗后BCVA较治疗前均有提高(P<0.05),在治疗后6个月观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。中心视网膜厚度方面,两组CRT与治疗前相比均减小(P<0.01),两组间的CRT在治疗后无明显差异(P>0.05)。复发情况方面,6月内,观察组的注射次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。注射超过1次的患者的第一、二次注射的间隔时间,观察组大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药口服联合抗VEGF药物治疗RVO-ME,可有效改善患者预后视力,降低CRT,减少注射次数,相比单纯接受抗VEGF药物治疗,在提高预后视力、改善复发情况方面有一定优势。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with anti-vascular endothelial growth factor drugs in the treatment of retinal vein occlusive macular edema.Methods Patients with clinically diagnosed RVO-ME were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with anti-VEGF.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and combined with anti-VEGF.A total of 6 months were followed up,and the results of best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),central retinal thickness(CRT),and number of injections were analyzed to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results In terms of visual acuity,the BCVA of both groups increased after treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group at the 6th month after treatment(P<0.05).In terms of central retinal thickness,the CRT of both groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in CRT between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).In terms of recurrence,the number of injections in the observation group was less than that in the control group within 6 months(P<0.05).The interval between the first and second injections of the patient who injected more than one time was larger in the observation group than in the control group.(P<0.05).The interval time between the first and second injections of the patient who injected more than one time,in observation group,it was longer than that in the control group.Conclusion Oraling Chinese medicine combined with anti-VEGF drugs for RVO-ME can effectively improve the patient's vision and reduce the central retinal thickness.Compared with the simple treatment of anti-VEGF drugs,it has certain advantages in improving vision and improving status of recurrence.
