摘　　要：运水入土/运土入水为小儿推拿操作中手法相反的对穴,古代文献对其论述多零散而不全面,现代临床应用尚未完全统一。文章通过临床实践,根据不同年龄段儿童手掌面积大小不同,系统整理了五种相应操作手法,并具体阐述了各操作手法在相应年龄段儿童中的应用,从而丰富小儿推拿个体化诊疗体系,为临床规范化操作应用提供便捷。Yun Shui Rutu and Yun Tu Rushui are the opposite points in the manipulation of pediatric massage.The related exposition and discussion of ancient literature was scattered and incomplete.Moreover,it has not been completely unified in modern clinical applications.According to the palm sizes in different age groups,five corresponding manipulations are sorted out systematically through clinical practice.Meanwhile,the application of different manipulations in corresponding age groups is elaborated.Futhermore,it can optimize personal diagnostic and treatment system of pediatric massage and provide convenience for clinically standardized operations.
