摘  要:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS),对中国湛江硇洲岛沿海12种常见食用海藻的微量元素进行含量测定与分析。实验结果发现12种食用海藻的微量元素含量丰富,其中以Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、P、Zn含量较高,而重金属元素As含量较高,均严重超标,Al、Cd含量较低,均未见超标。褐藻门藻类Ca含量比较高,绿藻门藻类Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu含量比较高,红藻门藻类P含量比较高。12种不同海藻中各种微量元素含量存在显著差异,对这些微量元素进行了分析和比较,旨在为食用海藻的食用和药用提供参考。Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to determine and analyze the trace elements in 12 common edible seaweeds commonly seen along the coast of Naozhou Island in Zhanjiang,China.The experimental results showed that 12kinds of edible seaweeds were rich in trace elements,of which Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,P,Zn were higher,while heavy metal elements were also higher,exceeding the standard significantly,while AI and Cd were lower than the standard.The algae of Phaeophyta have higher Ca content,the algae of Chlorophyta have higher Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn and Cu content,and the algae of Rhodophyta have higher P content.There are significant differences in the contents of various trace elements in 12different seaweeds determined in this experiment,and these trace elements are analyzed and compared in order to provide experimental data for the edible and medicinal use of edible seaweeds.
