康惠尔水胶体敷料应用于老年患者2期压疮伤口愈合的效果

摘　　要：目的研究分析将康惠尔水胶体敷料应用于老年患者2期压疮伤口愈合中的临床效果。方法选择2017年9月至2018年10月到该院接受治疗的88例老年2期压疮患者,随机数字表法分为参照组与实验组,分别44例,参照组接受常规护理,实验组在其基础上加行康惠尔水胶体敷料干预,观察统计伤口愈合情况以及压疮愈合时间、敷料更换次数情况,并予以对比分析。结果实验组伤口愈合有效率90.91%,明显较参照组的70.45%高(P<0.05);实验组压疮愈合时间以及敷料更换次数情况均显著优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年2期压疮患者治疗与护理过程中,应用康惠尔水胶体敷料干预的效果理想,可缩短愈合时间,减少敷料更换次数,并促进愈合,值得推广。【Objective】To study and analyze the clinical effect of Comfeel hydrocolloid dressing on wound healing of stage 2 pressure sore in elderly patients.【Methods】Eighty-eight elderly patients with stage 2 pressure sore who were treated in our hospital from September 2017 to October 2018 were selected.They were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group by random number table method,44 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing care.The experimental group received Comfeel hydrocolloid dressing intervention on the basis of the routine nursing.The wound healing,healing time of pressure sore,and dressing replacement times were observed and compared.【Results】The effective rate of wound healing in the experimental group was 90.91%,which was significantly higher than 70.45%in the control group(P<0.05).The healing time of pressure ulcer and the times of dressing replacement in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】In the course of treatment and nursing of senile patients with stage 2 pressure sore,the effect of using Comfeel hydrocolloid dressing is ideal.It can shorten the healing time,reduce the times of dressing replacement and promote healing,which is worthy of promotion.
