摘　　要：目的探讨食管电生理在快速性心律失常中的应用价值。方法随机选择2017年1月至2018年12月梅州市人民医院202例因快速性心律失常行心脏射频消融术患者为研究对象,所有患者术前经食管电生理检查,将食管电生理检查结果与心内电生理进行检查对比。结果以心内电生理结果为准,食管电生理诊断符合率为94.06%;食管电生理与心内电生理对房室结内折返性心动过速(AVNRT)、房室折返性心动过速(AVRT)、房性心动过速(AT)、心房颤动(Af)、分支型室速(VT)检出率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论食管电生理在快速性心律失常中诊断准确率高,且能明确疾病分型,值得推广。【Objective】To explore the value of esophageal electrophysiology in tachyarrhythmia.【Methods】A total of 202 patients with tachyarrhythmia underwent radiofrequency ablation in People's Hospital of Meizhou city from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent esophageal electrophysiological examination before operation.The results of esophageal electrophysiological examination were compared with those of intracardiac electrophysiology.【Results】Based on the results of intracardiac electrophysiology,the coincidence rate of esophageal electrophysiology diagnosis was 94.06%.There was no significant difference in the detection rates of atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia(AVNRT),atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia(AVRT),atrial tachycardia(AT),atrial fibrillation(Af),branched ventricular tachycardia(VT)between esophageal electrophysiology and intracardiac electrophysiology(P>0.05).【Conclusion】Esophageal electrophysiology has a high diagnostic accuracy in tachyarrhythmia,and can identify the type of disease,which is worth popularizing.
