留置D-J管患者随访工作满意度影响因素的决策树分析

摘　　要：目的提高留置D-J管患者对医院随访工作的满意度。方法采用SPSS 18.0软件,对105例留置D-J管患者的问卷结果进行了信效度分析、因子分析和决策树分析。结果21.0%的患者直接受到医护人员的影响,63.8%的患者直接受随访系统影响。结论医院随访工作的改进应着重于医护人员的服务和随访系统的完善。【Objective】To improve the satisfaction of patients with D-J tube in hospital follow-up work.【Methods】SPSS 18.0 software was used to conduct the reliability and validity analysis,factor analysis,and decision tree analysis based on questionnaire results of 105 patients.【Results】Twenty-one percent of the patients were directly affected by the medical staff;63.8%of the patients were directly affected by the follow-up system.【Conclusion】The improvement of hospital follow-up work should focus on the service of medical staff and the optimization of follow-up system.
