三腔管在良性前列腺增生并尿潴留患者尿动力学检查中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的利用三腔管对良性前列腺增生(BPH)并急性尿潴留患者行尿动力检查,观察其在膀胱充盈期和排尿期相关指标与膀胱测压管检查相比较有无差异。方法选取2017年2月至2018年3月于该院行尿动力学检查的男性尿潴留患者60例,行膀胱测压管检查,作为对照组;行三腔管(用F16三腔尿管作为本实验三腔管)检查,作为观察组。留取两种方法的相关指标,充盈期最大逼尿肌压力、膀胱最大容量、顺应性、排尿期最大逼尿肌压力以及尿流率。结果观察组与对照组的充盈期最大逼尿肌压力无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组与对照组的最大膀胱容量无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组与对照组的排尿期最大逼尿肌压力无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论对于前列腺增生并尿潴留患者用三腔管行尿动力检查可以很好地评估手术效果,明显减轻患者痛苦,并降低检查时费用。【Objective】To observe the difference of urodynamic examination in bladder filling period and bladder urination period through using triple-lumen tube and bladder manometry tube in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)and acute urinary retention.【Methods】Sixty cases of male urinary retention patients underwent urodynamic examination from February 2017 to March 2018 in our hospital were selected.The patients underwent bladder manometry tube examination were included in the control group and the three-lumen tube(F16 triple lumen catheter)examiner were included in the observation group.Relevant indicators of the two methods were taken,such as the maximum detrusor pressure during bladdering filling period,the maximum bladder capacity,compliance,the maximum detrusor pressure during bladder urination period and peak flow rate.【Results】There was no statistical difference in the maximum detrusor pressure during bladder filling period between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference in the maximum cystometric capacity between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference in the maximum detrusor pressure between the observation group and the control group during voiding period(P>0.05).【Conclusion】Three-lumen tube urodynamic examination can be a good assessment of surgical results in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and urinary retention.Urodynamic examination with three-lumen tube can significantly reduce the pain of patients and reduce the cost of inspection.
