摘　　要：目的分析健康教育对老年糖尿病住院患者健康行为自我效能的影响。方法选择2018年2月~2019年2月我院收诊的老年糖尿病住院患者112例,随机分两组,对照组行常规护理,研究组结合健康教育。观察两组护理前后DMSES评分变化。结果研究组DMSES评分高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论健康教育能够提升老年糖尿病住院患者健康行为自我效能,对患者康复有积极意义,可用于临床。Objective To analyze the effect of health education on the health behavioral self-efficacy of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 112 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing and the research group combined with health education.The changes of DMSES scores before and after treatment were observed.Results The DMSES score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education can improve the self-efficacy of healthy behaviors of elderly diabetic patients,and it has positive significance for patients’rehabilitation and can be used in clinical practice.
