出院随访指导卡在小儿泌尿外科中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析小儿泌尿外科肾积水疾病采用出院随访卡的实际效果。方法以我院泌尿外科在2016年1月~2018年1月期间收治的160例肾积水患儿,依据数字随机法分为对照组与观察组各80例,对照组主要以患儿出院当天常规的方式指导,而观察组在出院前2-3d依据患儿的病情由医生及责任护士一起进行出院随访卡的填写,并进行电话随访的演示指导。结果观察组出院后指导达标率为90.0%,明显高于对照组的53.75%;同时观察组遵医行为明显优于对照组,比较结果存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论关于出院随访指导卡的应用,不仅可实现肾积水患儿的持续康复指导治疗,更有助于患儿尽早实现完全的康复。objective:to analyze the effect of discharge card for hydronephrosis in urology.Methods 160 children with hydronephrosis were randomly divided into control group (n=80) and observation group (n=80) from January 2016 to January 2018.In the observation group,according to the patient’s condition,the doctor filled out the discharge follow-up card 2-3 days before discharge,and performed the demonstration instruction of telephone follow-up.Results the rate of reaching the standard after discharge was 90.0% in the observation group and 53.75% in the control group.At the same time,the behavior of compliance in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion the application of follow-up guidance card can not only realize the continuous rehabilitation guidance therapy for children with hydronephrosis,but also help the children to achieve complete rehabilitation as soon as possible.
