摘  要:腺样体肥大尤其是儿童腺样体肥大是临床常见疾病,既往诊断主要依据鼻内窥镜、电子鼻咽镜和X线。然而由于创伤和辐射等问题被患儿家属排斥,该病的诊疗和科研受到一定限制。近年来,随着检查手段不断更新和发展,诊断和检测腺样体肥大的手段呈现多元化的趋势,为临床和科研提供了更多的选择。本文对近年文献进行回顾,重点对当前临床和科研中常用的腺样体检查手段,包括影像、内镜、睡眠监测、血液检查等进行阐述,并根据相关文献结论对该类检查手段的优劣势进行评价,希冀对耳鼻喉科医生诊断及检测该类疾病提供参考依据。Adenoid hypertrophy is a common clinical disease,especially in children.In the past,the diagnosis was mainly based on nasal endoscopy,electronic nasopharyngoscope and X-ray.However,because of the problems of trauma and radiation,it is rejected by the families of children,the diagnosis,treatment and scientific research of the disease are limited.In recent years,with the continuous update and development of inspection methods,the means of diagnosis and detection of adenoid hypertrophy have shown a trend of diversification,providing more choices for clinical and scientific research.This paper reviews the literature in recent years,focusing on the current clinical and scientific research commonly used adenoid examination methods,including images,endoscopy,polysomnography,blood test,etc,and according to the conclusions of relevant literature,the advantages and disadvantages of these examination methods are evaluates,hoping to provide reference for otolaryngologists to diagnose and detect these diseases.
