摘　　要：通过于书庄教授提出的“临证五明”理论,强调针灸临床须明确辨病、辨证、辨经、选穴及治法;总结于书庄教授“临证五明”应用经验,初步探析其针灸经络诊疗体系及学术思想;结合笔者临床实践,浅谈应用“临证五明”理论诊治疾病的体会。The theory of“five definite answer in clinical practice”proposed by professor Yu Shuzhuang,it's emphasized that acupuncturist should clarify diagnosis,syndrome differentiation,meridians and acupoints,treating methods.This paper summarizes professor Yu Shuzhuang's experience in the application of his thoery,and preliminarily analyzes his academic thoughts about diagnosis and treatment.Combined with clinical practice,the author briefly talks about the personal experience of applying the theory of“five definite answer in clinical practice”.
