老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸道感染病人T淋巴细胞、炎症因子水平分析

摘　　要：目的观察老年COPD合并呼吸道感染病人的T淋巴细胞及炎症因子水平。方法选择于我院接受治疗的200例老年COPD病人,其中100例合并呼吸道感染者为观察组,100例未合并呼吸道感染者为对照组。检测并比较2组病人的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、细菌内毒素、D-二聚体(D-D)及降钙素原(PCT)水平。结果观察组的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均明显低于对照组,细菌内毒素、D-D、PCT水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0. 05)。结论老年COPD病人发生呼吸道感染后,会出现细胞免疫水平降低及炎症反应程度加重的状态。Objective To observe the levels of T lymphocytes and the inflammatory factors in the elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) complicated with respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of 200 elderly COPD patients were enrolled in the study.Among them,100 patients with respiratory tract infection were selected as the observation group,while those without respiratory tract infection were selected as the control group.The levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,bacterial endotoxin,D-dimer(D-D) and procalcitonin(PCT) were measured and compared between the two groups.Results The levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the serum levels of bacterial endotoxin,D-D and PCT were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusions The elderly COPD patients will be in a state of decreased cellular immune level and increased inflammatory response due to respiratory tract infection.
