老年糖尿病足感染病人调节性T细胞、CD64指数、中性粒细胞百分比的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨老年糖尿病足(diabetic foot,DF)感染病人调节性T细胞、CD64指数、中性粒细胞百分比(NEU%)的表达水平及意义。方法选取2015年5月至2018年4月上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院收治的42例DF病人为DF组,50例单纯DM病人为DM组。比较2组血CD4+CD25+比例和CD4+CD25+/CD4+比值,及炎性指标[CD64、CRP、降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)]、WBC、NEU%水平。结果 DF组病人血CD4+CD25+比例和CD4+CD25+/CD4+比值显著高于DM组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。DF组CD64、CRP、PCT、WBC及NEU%水平均显著高于DM组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 01)。结论调节性T细胞、CD64指数、NEU%可作为判断老年DF病人病情的指标,在积极抗感染治疗的基础上对老年DF病人进行抗炎治疗具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of regulatory T cells,CD64 index and neutrophil granulocyte(NEU%) in the elderly patients with diabetic foot(DF) infection.Methods From May 2015 to April 2018,42 patients with DF were selected as DF group and50 patients with simple diabetes mellitus as DM group.The levels of CD4^+CD25^+,CD4^+CD25^+/CD4^+,CD64,C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),white blood cell(WBC) and NEU% were compared between the two groups.Results The ratio of CD4^+CD25^+ and CD4^+CD25^+/CD4^+ in DF group were significantly higher than those in DM group(P <0.01).The levels of CD64,CRP,PCT,WBC and NEU% in DF group were significantly higher than those in DM group(P <0.01).Conculsions Regulatory T cells,CD64 index and NEU% can be used as indicators to judge the condition of elderly DF patients.It is of great significance to treat elderly DF patients with anti-inflammatory therapy on the basis of active anti-infection therapy.
