砌体砂浆灰缝施工工艺质量控制研究

摘　　要：随着科技和电网建设的快速发展,在项目建设及验收评优过程中,无论是工业建筑还是民用建筑,其工程实体的观感质量起到决定性作用。在建筑工程施工过程中,砌体砌筑及抹灰占据整个建筑工程总工期约25%~30%,传统的砌筑方法在砌体砌筑过程中灰缝砂浆用量的多少无法控制,因此容易产生较多的落地灰,灰缝挤出的砌筑砂浆对墙面造成污染,且灰缝饱满度、平直度及灰缝宽度均难以达到一致。这严重影响后续墙面抹灰和工程整体观感质量。基于此,针对传统砌体砌筑存在的通病,在建筑物墙体砌筑实施过程中通过对问题和技术质量进行分析与研究,并针对电网建设变电站建筑工程施工过程中填充墙单块砌体水平、垂直面灰缝砂浆进行核算分析,定制砌体砌筑定型模具,改进施工方法和砌筑工具,保证层砌筑灰缝的厚度、顺直度及饱满度均匀一致。确保建筑物填充墙砌体实体及观感质量达到美观要求,同时节省砂浆材料及人工成本。With the rapid development of technology and power grid construction,in the process of project construction and acceptance evaluation,whether it is an industrial building or a civil building,the perception quality of its engineering entity plays a decisive role.In the construction process of construction,masonry masonry and plastering occupy about 25%~30%of the total construction period of the entire construction project.The amount of mortar mortar used in the masonry process of traditional masonry cannot be controlled,so it is easy More ground ash is generated,and the masonry mortar extruded from the gray joints causes pollution to the wall surface,and the fullness,straightness and width of the gray joints are difficult to achieve uniformity.This seriously affects the subsequent wall plastering and the overall look and feel quality of the project.Based on this,in view of the common problems of traditional masonry masonry,in the process of building wall masonry,through analysis and research on the problems and technical quality,and for the construction of power grid construction substations,the construction of single-block masonry walls Perform accounting analysis on the mortar mortar in horizontal and vertical planes,customize molds for masonry masonry,improve construction methods and masonry tools,and ensure that the thickness,straightness and fullness of the mortar joints in the masonry are uniform.To ensure that the solidity and look quality of the wall-filling masonry of the building meet the aesthetic requirements,while saving mortar materials and labor costs.
