摘 要:目的探讨母乳喂养与早产极低体重儿感染发生的相关性,分析母乳在早产极低体重儿感染预防中的作用。方法收集新生儿科住院的早产极低体重患儿265例。将生后14d内母乳喂养量占肠内营养量的比例分为高比例母乳喂养组(观察1组)、中比例母乳喂养组(观察2组)、低比例母乳喂养组(观察3组),同时将早产配方奶喂养作为对照组;观察各组感染的发生情况。结果观察1组和观察2组早产儿感染发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而观察3组早产儿感染发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论母乳喂养可减少早产低出生体重儿感染的发生,而且母乳喂养的比例越高感染的发生率越低。Objective To investigate the correlation between breastfeeding and infection in very low birth weight infants,and to analyze the role of breast milk in the prevention of infection in these infants.Methods A total of 265 infants were enrolled in the neonatology department of Bo'ai Hospital of Zhongshan City from June,2016 to March,2018.According to the ratio of breastfeeding to enteral nutrition within 14 days after birth was divided into high proportion breastfeeding group(Observation Group 1),medium proportion breastfeeding group(Observation Group 2),and low proportion breastfeeding group(Observation Group 3).At the same time,those fed with the premature formula were enrolled as the control group.The incidences of infection in the 4 groups were observed and compared.Results The infection rates in Observation Group 1 and Observation Group 2 were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Breastfeeding can reduce the incidence of infection in preterm low birth weight infants;and the higher the proportion of breastfeeding,the lower the incidence of infection there is.
